Just Love

Just Love (Traditional Chinese: 老婆大人) is a TVB modern drama series broadcast in May 2005. The drama was broadcast in Singapore's MediaCorp TV Channel 8 in 2007.

Synopsis

Lawful Woman:
Blind-folded so that she cannot see who she is condemning, representing equality.
A scale in her left hand to represent fairness.
A sword in her right hand to represent righteousness and justice.

Ko Hei Man (Jessica Hsuan) is a court judge that takes her work very seriously. She believes everyone is equal before the law and judges each and every case as justly and fairly as she can. Kot Kwok Kwong (Sunny Chan) is Man's supportive husband who obediently takes care of the household duties and their son. The couple first met in England, and after a one-night stand, Man discovers she is pregnant. Kwong takes full responsibility for the baby, but the couple is left wondering if marriage was the right decision.

Just Love (album)

Just Love is the debut album by singer Brian Courtney Wilson. The album was released on June 2, 2009 in the United States. The title song received a Dove Award nomination at the 41st GMA Dove Awards. A deluxe edition of the album was released on October 5, 2010, accompanied by a nationwide tour.

Recording

Wilson was signed to Spirit Rising/Music World, after Mathew Knowles heard Wilson's song "Already Here". Stan Jones was selected to produce and the album was recorded in Jackson, Mississippi.

Just Love debuted at #2 on the Billboard's Top Gospel Album chart and #6 on Billboard's Top Christian Album chart. The CD has remained at #1 on Christian Music Trade Association's (CMTA) Inspirational Album chart for nearly 50 weeks. Since its release in June 2009, the CD has held steady in the Top 15 on the Billboard Top Gospel Album chart for over 83 weeks.

Also, the song "Just Love" peaked at #14 on Billboard's Gospel Songs and has spent 19 weeks on the chart. The song "All I Need" peaked at #6 and has spent 83 weeks on the chart. The song "Already Here" also peaked at #13.

Beating Heart (TV series)

Beating Heart (Hangul: 떨리는 가슴; RR: Ddeollineun Gaseum; also known as Six Love Stories) is a South Korean television drama series, produced by MBC and broadcast in 2005. The series consists of six two-part stories, with each story having its own team of writer and director. It focuses on the lives of a typical Korean family, examining the relationships between the four main characters, their romantic interests, and other family members, while answering the question "When did you feel your heart beating the hardest?"

In 2006, the series was broadcast by the KBFD network in Hawaii as My Trembling Heart. It has also been released on DVD in South Korea and Japan.

12 Love Stories is an album released by Japanese rapper Dohzi-T. The album came in 2 versions: CD only and CD+DVD. The CD+DVD (named 12 Love Stories -Sweet Love Box-) was a limited edition containing 2 promotional videos. This was the first album from Dohzi-T to chart in the top 10 on the Oricon Chart and selling over 200,000 copies. All the songs in the album have the same theme: love. This album contains a lot of collaborations with various artists. The album had as single release "Mō Ichi do..." which was a long charting hit selling over 80,000 copies. This album is ranked as #55 on the yearly Oricon chart.

Love Stories

Love Stories (Polish: Historie miłosne) is a 1997 Polish film about four men with unresolved romances. Jerzy Stuhr plays all four characters and wrote and directed the film. The film is dedicated to Krzysztof Kieślowski, who gave Stuhr important roles in his films. The film was selected as the Polish entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 70th Academy Awards, but was not accepted as a nominee.

Plot

The four characters played by Jerzy Stuhr all arrive at the same place at different times in different vehicles: a college professor in his own car, a priest in a taxicab, an army officer in a government vehicle and a prisoner in a police van accompanied by two police officers. As the opening credits roll, the four characters walk about the same building.

The professor collects the written exams of his students, and is surprised that one, Ewa Bielska, has written on hers, "I love you." He resists her advances but eventually gives in. For a crucial oral exam with the dean, Ewa asks for the professor's help, because she doesn't know anything at all. When the time comes, Ewa decides to resign, and the dean jokes with the professor that this is Poland, not America, and he wouldn't have been kicked out for having an affair with a student.
